Future Makers doco on ABC “What if ‘six degrees of separation’ allowed us an insight into something at the core of Nature?” Definatly worth a watch. Download the episode here.

Amazon has just released its new beta online “browsing” site called Window Shop. It is an interactive way of looking for the most popular books, movies, CDs, videogames, etc. Check it out and explore using arrow keys and the spacebar for zooming in and out. The interface does look somewhat familiar – kind of a mixture between Piclens and iTunes. Very visual & very sleek though!

I just came across this great little Flickr tool called multicolr.
As well as being a really interesting way to use Flickr and a lot of fun, this could be a really handy design tool, especially if you’re trying to decide on colour matches. It’s definitely worth having a play with.

Check out the website launch for Crown Casino’s Fusion and Odeon nightclubs. Fresh from its sensational million dollar face lift, Odeon at Crown is Melbourne’s new home for the best in live local and international acts and cover bands.
BTW, check out these clubs…..

Its been there since 2006 but check out the work of this dude. Love to see them cruising down St Kilda beach – would be a pleasant change to the usual weekend traffic (and a little quieter).
If you liked that check out the guys speech at TED (thanks carl)

Well, maybe not yet, but they’re doing alright. Earlier this week there was a great article in The Age about the money being made from iPhone apps. Most of the ideas seem farily simple, too – there’s hope for all of us.
Check out the article here

Hmm, an interesting integrated advertising campaign doesn’t come along too often. Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of the “Save Your Sensible” ad on TV by Spring Valley. The TV ad did not excite me too much (I thought another tongue ad?) but I was still compelled to check out the microsite.
